Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to the travel agency's terms and availability. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in the currency selected and may vary based on exchange rates.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual travel agencies. Refund timelines depend on the agency's policy and your payment provider. AirHoppers is not liable for refund delays caused by third parties.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining account security, and complying with applicable laws. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

Limitation of Liability

AirHoppers acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of travel services provided by agencies. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us for our services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
